Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all Japanese designer tags and labels are intact to qualify for a full refund.
Ship the Item
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our quality control team inspects the returned garment, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
